Overview

The University of Liverpool International Summer School offers you the opportunity to study and live on campus at the University of Liverpool, in the vibrant and friendly city of Liverpool.

Study with fellow students from all around the world, choosing to take a 3-week or 6-week programme in June and July. The School offer credit-bearing modules from across all three faculties to provide a diverse programme.

  • Choose modules from a wide list including: Sustainable development, 60s culture, International Relations, Psychology of Communication, Critical thinking, Consumer behaviour, Sport and Culture, and Leadership
  • You can choose all your modules from one specialist pathway or pick and mix modules from across pathways

Make the most of your summer: learn, gain credits, boost your CV, make friends for life and experience an iconic city. You can also further improve your English language skills by choosing a non-credit bearing pathway called English Communication Skills.

Services for International Students

An exciting social programme is included in your fee, getting you out and about in Liverpool and the North West of England as well as socialising with undergraduate students from all over the world.

Accommodation

As part of the International Summer School, students will stay on-campus in halls at Crown Place, a self-catered, ensuite University accommodation which is only 10 minutes from the International Summer School Central Office and facilities such as the Sports Centre and both University libraries.

Location

Liverpool is a world-class city famous for music, art, sport, culture and the friendliness of its people. The city is on the North-West coast of England, close to Wales and its rugged coastline, and with easy travel to London, Manchester and Edinburgh, as well as Dublin and Belfast.

My counsellor contacted me every day throughout the application process and helped me receive an unconditional offer. I am so grateful to SI-UK and will never forget them. I will study very hard as I feel this is the best reward I can give the whole team.
