The University of Surrey is one of the UK’s leading professional, scientific and technological universities, with a world-class profile and a leading reputation in teaching and research. The University of Surrey has risen in all major league tables for UK universities in the past year. It climbed from sixth to fourth place in the Guardian University Guide 2016, moved up to eighth place in the Complete University Guide 2016 and achieved eleventh position in The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015.
New figures from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) reveal that the University of Surrey is ranked in first place for graduate employability when compared with chartered universities in England.
The figures reveal that 97 per cent of Surrey’s 2013 graduates were in work (or further education) six months after they graduated – up 4.2 per cent from the previous year.
These figures demonstrate the University’s focus on graduate employability and the success of Professional Training placements.
The Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) survey also showed that more than 80 per cent of jobs were classed as graduate-level.
Surrey has been ranked fourth for student satisfaction in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015.
My counsellor contacted me every day throughout the application process and helped me receive an unconditional offer. I am so grateful to SI-UK and will never forget them. I will study very hard as I feel this is the best reward I can give the whole team.
